SERVICES
Custom Ceremony
A personalized ceremony includes a consultation with the couple for about 45/60 minutes, a sample draft of service for your ceremony. Rituals included are the Unity Candle and Roses for ring exchange, provided by couple. Wedding ceremony service will take approximately 20/30 minutes in duration and fee includes travel up to sixty (60) miles roundtrip.
Custom made ceremony and officiate fee: $500.00
Rehearsal
Notary is available if requested for a 30 minute rehearsal of your ceremony on the date and venue set by couple.
Rehearsal fee: $30.00
Travel
60 mile roundtrip miles of travel are included in your ceremony fee. If your venue is beyond 60 miles roundtrip, there will be a charge of 0.41¢ per each additional mile. The starting point will be 8966 SW 87th Court and distance will be measured using MapQuest.com.
Deposit, Payment, and Refund
A 10% ($50.00) non-refundable deposit is required upon signing of this contract.
Balance of $450.00 is due before the ceremony, on_________the day of the wedding. Couple is responsible to introduce the officiant to the person who will be in charge of taking care of handling the complete payment before the wedding ceremony on wedding day. A check, cash or money order will be accepted.
Should you have to change the date of your wedding after signing this agreement, your deposit will be applied to your new date, providing availability of new date.
